They are free of phthalates, EVA, PVC, BPA, formamide, formaldehyde, lead, fire retardants, hazardous chemicals and other VOC. Furthermore, both the fabric (the cover of the mats) and the foam inside have obtained the European OEKO-TEX 100 Class I (for babies) standard as a proof that these mats are safe.
It also means that there is no off-gassing and no chemical smell, as you may experience from other foam products or playmats.
The foam is made of Food Grade Polyethylene (PE) Foam.
CreamHaus only uses closed cell non-cross linked PE foam, which is approved to be used for food packaging. It is laminated into 10 thin layers of foam sheets through a chemical-free adhesive method in order to achieve optimal thickness. Our foams can be recycled after use.

All our mats, bumper beds and playhouses are thoroughly tested and approved according to the European safety standard EN71 and CE marked. Furthermore, all our mats are OEKO-TEX 100 Class 1 certified in Switzerland.
All our products are of 100 % Korean origin, and OEKO-TEX 100 tested and certified and tested in Switzerland.
Yes, all elements of our playmats, bumper beds and playhouses are OEKO-TEX 100 certified, including, zippers, foam, cover, velcro etc.
No, we ship from our warehouse in Denmark. Import duties from Korea are already covered.
All products sold to private individuals within the European Union will be priced including Danish VAT.
Usually, our customers in Norway, the UK (after Brexit 1st of January 2021), and Switzerland will have to pay customs duty. You will have to check with your local national customs authorities, whether you have to pay any import tax/customs.
You will need to inform them that all products are of 100 % Korean origin, and imported to Denmark - from which your goods will be shipped.
Yes you can. If you do so, please contact us by email: customercare@creamhaus.eu and we will do our best to help you. Your order will be shipped, when we have received your payment.
If you change your mind, and would like to return your product, we offer 30-day return policy on unused items. Products must be unused, and returned in the original packaging.
You can return the parcel with any courier of your own choice, but we advise you to choose a courier, where you get a receipt, so you can track your parce. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, and we do not refund any shipping costs.
Once our warehouse has received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the condition of your parcel is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Refusal of receiving your order will not be accepted as a means of cancellation.

We do accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Furthermore, you can use Apple Pay, and PayPal. If you are based in Denmark, you can use MobilePay.

The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched. You will receive a fulfillment note, telling you that we have started shipping your product - including a tracking code for your parcel. After we have sent you this information, we will capture the payment.
We do not charge any additional fees for the use of credit cards.
We ship to all countries within Europe. For orders, which need to be delivered in countries which are not part of the EU, the delivery time may be slightly longer, due to customs formalities.

We use GLS, PostNord, TNT or UPS. We decide the carrier based on the most cost efficient solution. Almost all of our parcels are over-size, so the solution will be based on the size / location
Usually the delivery time is between 1-4 days from you have received a shipment notification from us.
It is important that you are either home to receive the parcel or inform the carrier about where the package may be delivered or placed on your responsibility.
Our warehouse is in Herning, Denmark. Thus, we ship from within the European Union.
If you have not picked up your package wit the given time frame which is 10 days, the package will be returned to Pure Nest ApS - the Exclusive Distributor of CreamHaus in Europe.
Hereafter, we will request a fee equivalent to our actual costs of sending the package to you again.
If your order is placed before noon on a business day (Monday-Friday), it will be shipped either the same day or the following morning - if your product is in stock. You will be able to see whether your product is in stock on the specific product page.
Our warehouse ship on business days. Not Saturday/Sunday or national holidays.
Foldable Play Mats & Modular Play Mats are made with a water-resistant surface. The easiest way to clean the surface is to use a moist cloth or baby wipes (preferably without perfume). Please be sure to wipe with a dry cloth afterwards to keep the mat dry.
Bumper Mats come with removable and washable cotton covers. Please unzip the covers and wash them in the washing machine using the following care: Machine Wash Cold, Wash Separately, Gentle Cycle, Do Not Bleach, Tumble Dry Low.
Our mats are made with soft non-toxic foam inside and heavy furniture is likely leave a permanent indentation.
All our products are steamed at high temperature before being packed so there is no need to clean them.
All of our playmats are 4 cm thick to ensure that they are shock absorbent, protect against cold floors etc.

In accordance with Danish law, CreamHaus Europe offers a warranty, which covers any manufacturing & shipping defects for up to 2 years.
This warranty does not cover claims and damage from:
1. Normal wear and tear
2. Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
3. Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
4. Abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident
5. Caused by the modification or alteration of the product
